Q. I already have a ShareACoke.com, MyCokeRewards.com or ProjectHustle.com account, can I use my existing account to log into DietCokeVIP.com?

A. Why yes! Please use your existing account to log into DietCokeVIP.com.

Q. How can I participate in the program?

A. You must be a legal resident of the 50 United States (or D.C.), 18 years or older at the time of participation, and invited to register and become a Diet Coke ® VIP member in the program. See the Terms and Conditions for a complete listing of eligibility requirements.

Q. I think I'm having technical issues. What should I do?

A. Sometimes it's a simple thing like updating your browser. Check to be sure that you have a modern version of Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Safari. Also, you may want to be sure you have the latest Flash player (it's free!) and check your browser preferences section to be sure JavaScript is enabled.

Q. I have recently moved or updated my email address. Can I change my registration information for this program?

A. Yes! Once you have logged in to your account, click ‘Edit Info’ on the top right of your screen. From here, you can update your personal information.

 

Q. Why can't I use my P.O. Box address to register?

A. Your home address allows us to identify your residence for eligibility purposes.
